Rent is due by the 1 st of each month.
Every person is different, but you’ll have a dresser for clothes, a queen size bed, shower/tub, study desk with chair and great storage. I would suggest clothing, sundries, cleaning supplies, study materials, bedding, food, shower curtain and rod, and towels as a starter. There are Walmarts, Target, Grocery Stores and other stores close by for any additional needs.
Yes. All of that space is private to you. The kitchen and living area are the only community areas located on each floor.
Unless you have a mutual agreement with 3 other students, then there is a possibility that you would have another student placed with you that you may not know.
Your rental payment will include your furnished rental space as well as all utilities and internet.
The 2520 is located just one short block from the school campus.
Yes, each space has it’s own thermostat and is individually climate controlled.
Every rental space will have information for receiving mail in your leasing packet
Every rental space will include one complimentary parking space.
Currently The 2520 is under construction and we are projecting to be ready in September 2022.
